Lenecon provides 2D flood modelling services using TUFLOW to assess flood risk for proposed developments. We assist in developing projects with the required flood immunity and risk management to comply with local government codes.

Stormwater management plans include concept stormwater systems for proposed developments to manage quantity and quality to comply with local government planning schemes and guidelines. Lenecon has extensive experience in the complex computer modelling and concept designs to develop efficient systems for development and ensure compliance.

Water & Sewer
Design
Lenecon has been registered with the UU Endorsed Consultant Scheme since its inception in 2016. We have undertaken a wide range of water and sewer design projects including major works. We offer feasibility and preliminary design services, detailed design, management of the application process and construction documentation.
Erosion & Sediment Control Services
Our team develops erosion and sediment control plans in accordance with Best Practice Erosion & Sediment Control Guidelines (IECA,2008) in a range of sectors including residential and commercial development.
